Dear Hamilton High School, Omega 1981 Classmates:
Has it really been 30 years since we turned our tassels and flung our hats to the skies at the Culver City Memorial Auditorium!? It seems like it was just yesterday. But, in reality, it’s a lifetime ago!
We’ve all experienced so much since that June afternoon in 1981 with many triumphs & tragedies reaching for our dreams. What hasn’t changed are the friendships we established forever as classmates at HAMI HIGH! Go Yankees!
Once again, it’s time to rekindle those friendships and share those triumphs & tragedies with each other.
I am proud to be chairing the incredibly hard-working committee for YOUR ALEXANDER HAMILTON HIGH SCHOOL OMEGA CLASS OF 1981, 30 YEAR REUNION!
We’re putting together an 80s Party of a Lifetime you’ll be talking about…..well…for a lifetime! So, you’re going to want to save this date, Saturday Night, September 24th, 2011, from 7:00 p.m. to midnight!
Come dressed in your best & coolest 80s attire and get ready to go back in time to party at one of our old stomping grounds! Sure, it’s now known as the BEVERLY HILLS COUNTRY CLUB. But, I will always call it the WESTSIDE RACQUET CLUB…home to many of our high school Homecoming and Basketball Belle dances.
Ready to groove to some PARLIAMENT/FUNKADELIC? How about some RICK JAMES and EARTH, WIND & FIRE!? Maybe you’re into THE CURE, DURAN DURAN or SOFT CELL! You’ll get all of that and more!!
Spinning the tunes from the soundtrack of our lives is none other than World Famous KROQ & SIRIUS XM Radio DJ RICHARD BLADE who had a huge role in orchestrating that soundtrack back in the day.
We’ll also have plenty of prize give-aways for you as well as a wonderful dinner buffet for the entire evening! And don’t forget to bring your camera for some memorable photo opportunities we’ll all want to share on your personal Facebook Page or the Hamilton High Class of 1981 Reunion or Group pages!
